The Barn and The Lodge cabins

The Barn and The Lodge cabins are our largest cabins, The Barn sleeps up to 8 and the Lodge will sleep up to 10 people. The big difference between the two is their size and number of bathrooms. The lodge was originally a home and so has a separate kitchen and dining room plus four and a half bathrooms.

The Barn has always been a vacation cabin and its kitchen, dining and living area are combined into one room. It has only one bathroom. The Barn sits closer to the Lake creek while the Lodge cabin has a wonderful south deck. Both cabins have fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.

The Lodge

5 bedrooms all upstairs, 4 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining room and living room

Small groups of up to 10 may choose to rent the entire Lodge as a cabin. When rented as a cabin, no meals are included and the lodge group has full use of the kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: No pets are allowed in the Lodge cabin.

Rates for the Lodge Cabin are for 4 people (extra people sharing the cabin: add $10/person/night. Maximum for this cabin is 10 people):

Summer (June 15th - August 15th and all holidays)

The Barn

4 bedrooms, 1 bath, living/dining/kitchen area

Built in 1898 and known to our earliest guests as the original stables for the road-house, this creekside cabin now features spacious sleeping rooms and living area which makes it perfect for family gatherings and small group rentals.

Rates for the Barn Cabin are for 4 people (extra people sharing the cabin: add $10/person/night. Maximum for this cabin is 8 people)):

The kitchen area has full size refrigerator and stove, a small microwave and a coffee maker along with basic pots and pans and table service.

One of the Barn's bedrooms has a double and a twin bed.

The middle bedroom in the barn has a double bed.

The Barn's front bedroom has 2 double beds.

In winter the Barn is a cozy haven after a day of snowshoeing.
